Within this section, you can view your subscription information, as well as the total number of members in your organization and the total amount of storage space that your organization is using.
Free trial
Heavana offers a fully-featured multi-day trial. This provides your organization the opportunity to explore its feature-set ahead of obtaining a paid subscription.
There are no restrictions or limitations during the trial period.
Data removal
Once a free trial expires, you will have 30 days to purchase a paid subscription. If you do not purchase a subscription within that grace period, then your organization and all of its data will be deleted.
Payment plan
Heavana offers several subscription plans to choose from. These plans only differ in the number of members that your organization can have, as well as the amount of storage space that is available for its files.

You can elect to purchase a subscription plan where you pay monthly or yearly. Subscription plans that have an annual payment are available at a discount.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan, however to downgrade, you must not have exceeded the member or storage limits of the plan.
Data removal
If you cancel your subscription, or if payment fails, then you will have 60 days to address the problem or purchase a new subscription.
If you do not address the issue or purchase a subscription within that grace period, then your organization and all of its data will be deleted.
Billing portal
Clicking the "manage" button will redirect you to Heavana's dedicated billing portal. From there, you can manage your subscription plan, payment methods, and download your recent invoices. If you require assistance, then contact us.
