Organization

Your organization dashboard on Heavana provides you with the means to manage your entire organization.

These management options are organized into sections, which you can access using the following tabs at the top of the page:

  1. Profile.
  2. Members.
  3. Subscription.
  4. Payments.
  5. Removal.

Each of these tabs (and the content within them) is covered below.

Security

Only members with the management role can alter the organization.

Profile

To manage your organization profile... click here.

This section includes three sub-sections, "Profile", "Branding" and "Location".

Profile

Within this sub-section, you can update the following information:

  • The organization's name.
  • The organization's (main) email address.
  • The organization's (main) phone number.

Branding

Within this sub-section, you can upload an image to use as the organization's logo. This image will appear on your customer invoices.

To upload an image, simply click on the upload placeholder and select a file, or drag and drop a file directly onto the placeholder.

Image requirements

The uploaded image must be a JPEG or PNG file that is less than 1 MB.

Location

Within this sub-section, you can update the following information:

  • The (main) operating address of your organization.
  • The country that your organization operates within.
  • The time zone that covers the area your organization operates within.

Subscription

Payments

To manage your organization payments... click here.

Within this section, you can revise the options that your customers can use to pay their invoices. If you only intend to accept in-person payments e.g. via a point-of-sale terminal, then you can skip this.

Heavana supports two payment methods, "Online" and "Offline".

Online

This option allows your customers to pay their invoice directly using Stripe, a secure online payments service.

It is the recommended option since it provides a host of benefits. It also eliminates the need to monitor transactions in your organization's bank account and manually update funerals as being paid.

Supporting this method requires a Stripe Connect account. For help with setting this up, please review the dedicated guide.

Offline

This option allows your customers to pay an invoice directly to your bank. To use this method, you will need to supply all of the details that a customer will need to pay you e.g. Bank name, account number etc.

Monitoring

Since payment happens outside of a mechanism that Heavana tracks, you will need to monitor transactions and update funerals manually.

Removal

To manage your organization removal... click here.

Within this section, you can delete your organization. Simply provide your existing sign-in password. Note that once you delete your organization, all data will be removed and cannot be recovered.
