Dashboard ​

It can be difficult to keep track of everything going on within your organization, as well as what applies to you specifically.

To assist with this, Heavana provides a custom dashboard complete with tabs for tasks, contacts and funerals.

Overview ​

This tab contains metrics for the organization's sales performance in the current month, as well as compared to the previous month.

These metrics cover the following statistics:

1. Received funeral income - this figure is derived from paid funerals. A funeral is considered paid either when Heavana has received a notification (if online payments have been enabled), or when it has been set manually.
2. Pipeline funeral income - this figure is derived from all unpaid funerals. A funeral is considered unpaid if its status is "draft" or "invoiced".
3. Total funeral income - this figure is the sum of received and pipeline income. It is therefore an indicator of total revenue, however since it includes unpaid income, it should be considered a guide.
4. Received plot income - this figure is derived from paid plots. A plot is considered paid either when Heavana has received a notification (if online payments have been enabled), or when it has been set manually.
5. Pipeline plot income - this figure is derived from all unpaid plots. A plot is considered unpaid if its status is "vacant" or "invoiced".
6. Total plot income - this figure is the sum of received and pipeline income. It is therefore an indicator of total revenue, however since it includes unpaid income, it should be considered a guide.

Activity ​

Below the metrics, is a table of the latest activity. Newly-created records for contacts, funerals, tasks, events, cemeteries, plots, articles and plans are displayed, allowing you to jump between resources.

Funerals ​

This tab contains several metrics for the organization's funeral performance. These metrics cover the following statistics:

1. Collections.
2. Services.
3. Deliveries.

Below the metrics, are tables that display upcoming funeral events. These are divided into the same categories, allowing you to keep track of which activities are happening today or in the near future.

Tasks ​

This tab contains several metrics for your assigned tasks, as well as unassigned tasks. These metrics cover the following statistics:

1. Tasks that are past due.
2. Tasks due today.
3. Tasks due this week.

Below the metrics, is a table containing assigned and unassigned tasks. The tasks are sorted so that they can be addressed accordingly.

Contacts ​

This tab contains several metrics for the organization's contacts. These metrics cover the following statistics:

1. Contacts that are past due for a follow-up.
2. Contacts with a follow-up due today.
3. Contacts with a follow-up due this week.

Below the metrics, is a table containing the organization's contacts. They are automatically sorted by follow-up date to ensure that they can be addressed by yourself or other members of your organization.
