Account
Your account dashboard on Heavana provides you with the means to manage your settings and preferences.
These settings are organized into sections, which you can access using the following tabs at the top of the page:
- Profile.
- Files.
- Password.
- Removal.
Each of these tabs (and the content within them) is covered below.
Profile
To manage your account profile... click here.
This section includes two sub-sections, "Profile" and "Photo".
Profile
Within this sub-section, you can update the following information:
- Your full name.
- Your (work) email address.
- Your (work) phone number.
- The time zone that you currently operate within.
Changing your email address
If you change your email address, then you will need to verify it. An email containing a verification link will be sent to the new address.
Changing your time zone
The time zone setting only applies to your account, so always update it when you are accessing Heavana from a different location. Using the wrong time zone will lead to dates and times appearing incorrectly.
Photo
Within this sub-section, you can upload an image to use as your profile picture. This image is not shown to customers.
To upload an image, simply click on the upload placeholder and select a file, or drag and drop a file directly onto the placeholder.
Image requirements
The uploaded image must be a JPEG or PNG file that is less than 1 MB.

A word on privacy
While Heavana allows you to upload files and assign them specifically to your account, it does not restrict other organization members from viewing them. All files can be seen and managed by all members.
Password
To manage your account password... click here.
Within this section, you can change your password. Simply provide your existing sign-in password and then provide its replacement.
Removal
To manage your account removal... click here.
Within this section, you can delete your account. Simply provide your existing sign-in password. Note that once you delete your account, all data will be immediately removed and cannot be recovered.
Restrictions
If you are the only member in your organization with a management role, then you will not be able to delete your account. You can address this by doing one of the following:
- Elevate a member to a management role (then delete your account).
- If you are the only member, then delete the organization itself.
