Registration

Creating an account requires that you provide some information about yourself and your company, business, or non-profit. Heavana will then use these details to create an organization and add you as a member.

Terms of service

Before creating an account, you'll need to review and accept our terms of service, as well as our privacy policy.

Create an account

As mentioned above, you'll need to provide some information about yourself and your organization. The following fields are required to complete the registration process:

  • Your full name.
  • Your (work) email address.
  • Your (work) phone number.
  • Your organization's name.
  • A sign-in password for your account.

Additional information

In order to get you started with Heavana as quickly as possible, certain default values are used to fill in the blanks. You should therefore review your account profile, as well as your organization profile, and make any appropriate changes before going live.

Roles and permissions

Since your organization will start with you as its only member, you will be assigned a role that grants full control over it. When adding further members, you can customize their role and permissions.

Verify your email address

The final step, is to verify that you own the email address that you provided when creating your account.

A verification link will have been automatically sent to your email inbox. Click on the link to complete the registration process.

If you did not receive the link, then please check your spam or junk mail folder. If after five minutes you have still not received the link, then click the re-send button to have another link emailed to you.
